Future Transfer Students

Incoming transfer students are able to submit a waitlist request here to indicate potential interest in a housing contract. If a contract is later offered, a $400 prepayment is required to be paid within 7 days after submitting the online portion of the contract.

As long as these students graduated high school at least 1 year in advance, they are eligible to preference one or more of our upper–division room types (Ragans apartment, Traditions apartment, Rogers apartment, Suite style double room with shared or private bath) on the housing contract if offered. A suite double with shared bath space is the most common room type. Students are forewarned that preferences cannot be guaranteed and completion of the contract creates a financial responsibility for the entire academic year contract period, regardless of the room assignment or the date that the room assignment is made. the housing contract.
