Graduate and Non–Traditional Student Housing

University Housing provides housing for graduate students on the main campus. If you meet the criteria provided below, submit a Graduate Housing application.

Contract for Housing

Students need to complete a housing contract here including paying the $225 partially-refundable prepayment within 10 days.


Length of Contract

Once assigned to a space, graduate student residents must renew their housing contract on a semesterly basis, except for Spring Semester. Fall housing contracts are automatically renewed for Spring Semester. If a graduate student resident wants to move out at the end of the Fall Semester, they must notify the main Housing Office in the Askew Student Life Center between September 1 and December 1.
