Philanthropy

We will be partnering with the Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region to collect new or gently used children's books. The ELC of the Big Bend Region is a private, not-for-profit, organization that provides services to families, children, and child care in the Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla counties. By linking families to child care and pre-K services, the ELC supports parents' ability to work and helps prepare children for success in school. The Early Learning Coalition aims to prepare students for success in school by providing leadership and advocacy that builds a community where students can thrive.

By collecting new or gently used books that are suitable to children, we are supporting the Early Learning Coalition in their mission of contributing to the education of children. Each book donated will contribute 2 spirit points to each Scare Team.
