Internal groups are summer camps and conferences that are University Sponsored where payment is received with internal funds.
Steps of the Process
- Fill out an inquiry form to begin securing housing for the summer. If you have multiple camps/sessions, please fill out an individual inquiry form for each session.
- Once an inquiry form as been submitted, University Housing will be in contact and send a quote to the main contact and budget manager listed on the inquiry form so that a purchase order can be placed.
- We cannot provide housing accommodations until the purchase order is submitted and approved for the camp or conference.
- Once the PO has been received, University Housing will send a confirmation along with the assigned residence hall for your group. Please note, the PO serves as your contract with University Housing.
- The guests arrive for your camp/conference. Welcome to FSU!
