Intern Housing

Florida State University’s Summer Intern Housing Program provides short-term housing for students from other institutions coming to Tallahassee pursuing summer internships. Our housing program allows summer interns to have flexible move-in and move-out dates and frees them the trouble of finding a lease/sublet for the summer. A walking distance from Downtown Tallahassee, Florida State University is an ideal location for those coming to the Tallahassee area for the summer.

  • Eligibility
    • To be eligible for intern housing at Florida State University, you must have the following criteria:
      • Enrollment at an accredited university
      • Fulfilling an internship in the Tallahassee area
    • Interns are only allowed housing accommodations during the duration of their internship
  • Housing Accommodation
    • Interns will be housed in efficiency style apartments located in McCollum Hall.
    • Efficiency Apartment, Single Private ($42 per night, approximately $250/week).
    • Furnishings include: twin bed (XL), kitchen unit, closet, dresser, desk/chair, study area, bathroom, recycle bin.
