are a several ways to report maintenance problems.
Use any of the following methods easiest for you. Please
remember that by submitting a work order, you are giving
us permission to enter your apartment to correct the
problem.
- You may report repairs or damages
by calling the Alumni Village Maintenance Office at
(850) 644-2035 or by
- E-mailing the Alumni
Village Main Office at dispatcher@admin.fsu.edu.
- You may visit the Alumni Village
Maintenance Office at 157-02 Herlong Drive.
- If you have
a maintenance emergency after office hours, please
call the Resident Manager at (850) 443-7045.
