Camps & Conference Inquiries

  • Details of Process
    • Fill out an inquiry form to start securing housing for the Summer.
    • If you have multiple camps/sessions please fill out an individual inquiry form for each session.
    • Every effort will be made to accommodate requests. However, submission of an inquiry form does not guarantee availability of requested spaces in the preferred residence halls or the specified dates.

    Inquiry Form

Internal groups are summer camps and conferences that are University Sponsored where payment is received with internal funds.

Steps of the Process

  1. Fill out an inquiry form to begin securing housing for the summer. If you have multiple camps/sessions, please fill out an individual inquiry form for each session.
  2. Once an inquiry form as been submitted, University Housing will be in contact and send a quote to the main contact and budget manager listed on the inquiry form so that a purchase order can be placed.
    • We cannot provide housing accommodations until the purchase order is submitted and approved for the camp or conference.
  3. Once the PO has been received, University Housing will send a confirmation along with the assigned residence hall for your group. Please note, the PO serves as your contract with University Housing.
  4. The guests arrive for your camp/conference. Welcome to FSU!

External groups are summer camps and conferences that are Private or Independent Athletic.

Steps of the Process

  1. Fill out an inquiry form to begin securing housing for the summer. If you have multiple camps/sessions/etc., please fill out an individual inquiry form for each session.
  2. Once the inquiry form is received, University Housing will be in contact and request the required documents.
  3. If you have not done business with the University before, please complete the Auxiliary Customer Add Form below and notify the Conference Services Coordinator by Email of your submission.
  4. Once the Controller’s Office has processed the Customer Add request, University Housing will be in contact and send a quote to the client and main contact listed on the inquiry form.
  5. University Housing will send a confirmation, along with the residence hall your group will be assigned to.
  6. Contracts will start going out in the Spring via DocuSign. The contracts will need to be signed and returned at least two weeks before check-in.
  7. The guests arrive for your camp/conference. Welcome to FSU!
