The Conference Services Program within University Housing provides on-campus housing for summer camps, conferences, and internships in the Tallahassee area. Our Conference Services staff includes over 30 student staff members who are here to assist you throughout your on-campus experience. Our goal is to help make your stay with us enjoyable and memorable long after it has ended.
Conference Assistants (CAs) are current FSU students who work with our Camps & Conferences team to maintain safety, security, and community for camps and conference guests in the residence halls. They work closely with University Housing staff to manage many day-to-day functions that are crucial to the success of camps and conferences, such as administrative tasks, customer service, and communication. CA’s assist with issues and concerns during their shifts while also responding to emergencies that require leadership and guidance. Our CA’s staff the front desk of each residence hall occupied with minors 24/7. If you have any questions or concerns, please stop by and our friendly staff will be able to assist you.
