Graduate & Family Housing

Graduate Housing Options / Eligibility

University Housing provides housing for graduate students, students with families, and married students. If you meet the criteria provided below, submit a Graduate & Family Housing application.

A limited number of spaces in McCollum, Ragans and Traditions Halls have been reserved for graduate students. Click to learn more about McCollum, Ragans or Traditions Halls.

 

Contract for Housing

Rogers, McCollum, Ragans, or Traditions Halls - Student needs to complete a housing contract here including paying the $225 partially-refundable prepayment within 10 days.

Alumni Village - Student needs to complete a housing contract by following the steps provided here.

 

Rental Rates

Length of Contract

Once assigned to a space, graduate student residents of McCollum Hall, Rogers HallRagans Hall, or Traditions Hall must renew their housing contract on a semesterly basis, except for Spring Semester. Fall housing contracts are automatically renewed for Spring Semester.  If a graduate student resident wants to move out at the end of the Fall Semester, they must notify the main Housing Office in the Askew Student Life Center between September 1 and December 1.

Once assigned to a space, residents of Alumni Village need not renew their housing contract on a semesterly or annual basis.  When a resident is ready to move out, they should notify the Alumni Village office as soon as they know what date they will be leaving. Residents will be charged daily prorated rent based on the date they complete all of the following: remove all belongings, have their apartment inspected by Alumni Village office staff, and return their apartment key(s).

Alumni Village will be closing effective August 22, 2014. New residents are welcome to contract for Alumni Village through May 12, 2014. Click here for additional information.
