Graduate Housing Options / Eligibility

University Housing provides housing for graduate students, students with families, and married students in two locations. If you meet the criteria provided below, submit a Graduate & Family Housing application.

Contract for Housing

You will need to complete a housing contract by following the steps provided here including paying the $75 non-refundable prepayment within 10 days.

Length of Contract

Once assigned to a space, graduate student residents of Rogers Hall, Ragans Hall, or Traditions Hall must renew their housing contract on a semesterly basis, except for Spring Semester. Fall housing contracts are automatically renewed for Spring Semester.  If a graduate student resident wants to move out at the end of the Fall Semester, they must notify the main Housing Office in the Askew Student Life Center between September 1 and December 1.

Once assigned to a space, residents of Alumni Village need not renew their housing contract on a semesterly or annual basis.  When a resident is ready to move out, they must submit a intent to vacate at least 30 days in advance of their departure. Residents failing to submit an intent to vacate at least 30 days in advance of their move out will be charged for 30 days rent from the date their intent is submitted, regardless of check out date.
