Conference organizers are encouraged to contact the following other FSU departments to receive their services:

Seminole Dining - Dining services are scheduled for each group individually. Conference groups may establish a dining plan. If you are interested in on-campus dining options for your conference groups, contact Seminole Dining at 850-644-3663.

Parking - All guests must obtain a valid FSU permit to park on campus.  Most conference housing accommodations provide adequate parking in or around the facilities for guests visiting the FSU campus. Reservations for parking must be made in advance by contacting FSU Transportation and Parking Services at 850.644.5278. 

Meeting Space - Most of FSU's housing facilities have large lobby areas and/or lounge spaces, which can be used by conference groups. The conference staff will work to accommodate and schedule groups' requests for public areas. Conference groups should indicate that they wish to use such space on their Conference Housing Reservation Request.
